Follow Up Ticket Status (NV Only)

Follow-Up (FLUP) – This new status allows excavators and homeowners to efficiently submit questions, provide additional information, request a field meeting, or request a call directly through the system. Currently, there is no dedicated process for this function in the One Call Access system, leading to the incorrect use of the Amendment feature. The Follow-Up status will ensure these communications are properly categorized. We anticipate this new ticket status going live on August 1, 2025. To ensure a smooth transition, please review the attached documentation, which includes examples of this new ticket type and details on how to adjust your systems to receive them. We encourage you to update your internal processes accordingly and ensure your teams are prepared for these enhancements.
